Lineage II Forever is not designed to be a fast, disposable, or short-lived server. It is a long-term project built with a clear vision: to preserve the true essence of Classic Interlude gameplay while extending its life through meaningful progression systems, strict balance control, and transparent management.

Classic Essence First

The core mechanics of Interlude remain intact. Class roles, party composition, PvP dynamics, and PvE challenges behave as players expect from a true classic experience. Custom systems are designed to extend the game, not to replace or trivialize it.


Long-Term Progression

Lineage II Forever focuses on vertical progression without power creep. Systems such as Rebirth, Raid Points, specialization paths, and controlled upgrades allow players to continue developing their characters beyond traditional limits without breaking balance.

Progression is gradual, capped, and irreversible by design. Choices define your character identity and cannot be reset freely. This reinforces commitment, planning, and build diversity.


Economy Stability & Anti-Inflation

A stable economy is essential for server longevity. All major systems are designed to control adena generation, reduce inflation, and prevent market collapse.

Adena sinks, non-transferable progression currencies, and Raid-based rewards ensure that wealth accumulation reflects real activity rather than abuse or automation.


Fair Play Above All

Fair competition is non-negotiable. Multi-account abuse, RMT exploitation, automation, and system manipulation are actively monitored and punished.

All automated systems are built to detect abnormal behavior. Rewards are tied to real gameplay, participation, and progression, not to idle characters or fake activity.


No Pay-to-Win

Lineage II Forever does not sell power. Donations and premium features are strictly limited to quality-of-life conveniences and cosmetic or time-saving options that do not impact competitive balance.

Every player, regardless of donation status, competes under the same rules, caps, and progression limits.


Transparency & Staff Mentality

The staff operates with a clear separation between administration and gameplay. There are no hidden privileges, no favoritism, and no manual interference in progression systems.

Raid Point Exchange

The Raid Point Exchange is an advanced PvE progression system designed to reward players who actively participate in Raid Boss hunting.

Raid Points are obtained exclusively by defeating Raid Bosses and represent real effort, coordination, and commitment to endgame content. These points can be exchanged for legendary rewards, progressive upgrades, and exclusive services that are not available through traditional gameplay.

This system promotes organized raids, long-term progression, and a balanced economy, while preventing inflation, instant power spikes, and pay-to-win mechanics.

Only players who truly master PvE challenges will be able to unlock the most powerful rewards through the Raid Point Exchange.


Rebirth Manager

The Rebirth Manager is a long-term progression system designed to extend character development beyond the traditional level cap, without breaking balance or the classic core of Lineage II.

Through the Rebirth system, players may reset their character progression in order to unlock permanent specialization bonuses that define their combat identity. Each Rebirth represents a meaningful decision, offering power through carefully balanced risk-versus-reward mechanics.

Specializations are path-based and permanent, encouraging strategic planning and preventing universal or overpowered builds. Progression is limited, controlled, and earned exclusively through gameplay, not shortcuts or pay-to-win mechanics.

Class Manager

The Class Manager is a controlled progression system designed to manage class changes, profession upgrades, and specialization paths without breaking the balance of the game.

Unlike instant or free class changes, every decision made through the Class Manager is tied to clear requirements, ensuring that class progression remains meaningful and earned through gameplay.

This system allows players to adjust their character’s development while preserving class identity, role balance, and long-term progression.

Your class defines your playstyle — choose wisely, because every change has a cost and every decision shapes your legend. It should be emphasized that the staff will always prefer that the corresponding missions be carried out, maintaining the retail essence.



Buffer NPC

The Buffer NPC provides essential support buffs designed to respect the classic balance of Lineage II while offering convenience and accessibility. The system is divided into two clearly defined modes, ensuring fairness and progression-based advantages.

Standard Buff Mode (No Ticket)
Players can access a limited and balanced set of buffs without the use of tickets. This mode preserves the importance of support classes and party composition, ensuring that Bishops, Prophets, and Bladedancers remain essential in competitive gameplay.

Advanced Buff Mode (Ticket Buffer)
By using a Buffer Ticket, players unlock an extended buff interface that includes additional categories such as Songs, Dances, Chants, and advanced Buff combinations. This option is intended as a quality-of-life feature, not a power advantage, and does not replace the strategic value of real support characters in PvP or endgame content.

The Buffer system is carefully limited to prevent over-buffing, automation abuse, or unfair advantages. Future expansions may unlock additional options as the server population grows, always maintaining balance and competitive integrity.


PROGRESSION & ENDGAME
Long-term gameplay & character evolution

The endgame of Lineage II Forever is designed around meaningful, controlled, and long-term progression. Unlike fast-paced servers where progression ends quickly, here the true game begins after reaching the classic milestones.


Progression systems are layered, interconnected, and intentionally limited. Every upgrade, specialization, and reward is tied to real gameplay activity, long-term commitment, and strategic decision-making.


From Classic to Extended Endgame

The journey starts with a faithful Interlude experience: leveling, class progression, gear acquisition, and PvP follow classic rules.

Once players reach the traditional endgame, new systems unlock that allow continued character development without invalidating previous content or breaking balance.


Rebirth & Specialization Paths

The Rebirth System allows characters to reset their level progression in exchange for permanent, path-based bonuses. These bonuses define your combat identity and playstyle.

Rebirth paths are:

Controlled Adena Generation

Adena sources are intentionally regulated. While farming remains rewarding, excessive adena generation through abuse or automation is eliminated.

Permanent Adena Sinks

  • Team vs Team (TvT) – Organized team battles with equal conditions.
  • Free For All (FFA) – Every player for themselves; awareness and positioning matter.

  • Last Man Standing – Survival-based PvP with progressive eliminations.

EPIC BOSSES
Status, access & drops
All Epic Bosses are level 80. Only one character per HWID is allowed inside each Epic encounter.
Epic Bosses The Epic Boss system in Lineage II Forever is one of the core pillars of endgame progression, large-scale PvP, and clan competition.

Epic Bosses are not simple PvE encounters. They are server-wide objectives that require coordination, preparation, and long-term strategic planning.

Each Epic Boss features a real-time status system, allowing players to see whether the boss is Alive or Dead, and the remaining time until its respawn when applicable. All information is synchronized directly with the game database to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Access to Epic Bosses is strictly regulated to preserve fair competition, prevent multi-account abuse, and ensure that victories are earned through organization and execution — not numbers alone.

Drops are clearly displayed and divided into Normal and Hard modes when applicable, with visible chance percentages and item quantities.

Epic items are powerful, but they do not replace Rebirth progression, Raid Points, or player skill.

Epic Bosses are not meant to be farmed. They are meant to be contested.

True Competitive Environment

Olympiad matches are conducted under strictly controlled conditions, ensuring fair and balanced encounters. Victory is determined by player skill, class knowledge, timing, and adaptability — not by external advantages or shortcuts.

Each class is expected to perform within its intended role, preserving classic Interlude balance and counterplay.


Participation Rules

  • Olympiad is available to eligible characters only.
  • Matches are scheduled automatically during fixed periods.
  • Each character has a limited number of matches per cycle.
  • Disconnect abuse, feeding, or match manipulation is strictly prohibited.

Hero Status & Prestige

Players who excel in the Olympiad earn Hero status, one of the highest distinctions on the server.

  • Hero status reflects dominance, consistency, and mastery.
  • Heroes gain access to exclusive cosmetic and prestige rewards.
  • Hero recognition is renewed each Olympiad cycle.

Hero is not permanent — it must be earned repeatedly. This ensures active competition and prevents stagnation.


Rewards Philosophy

Olympiad rewards are designed to recognize achievement without breaking balance.

  • No permanent power creep.
  • No progression shortcuts.
  • No mandatory participation for PvE players.

Lineage II Forever is built on the principles of fair competition, transparency, and long-term stability. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the game, the value of progression, and the experience of all players.

By playing on the server, you agree to comply with all rules listed below. Failure to do so may result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent account bans.


1. General Conduct

  • Respect other players and staff members at all times.
  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats are strictly prohibited.
  • Spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior in chat channels is not allowed.
  • Impersonation of staff members or other players is forbidden.

2. Fair Play & Exploits

  • Any form of exploit abuse, bug abuse, or unintended mechanic manipulation is prohibited.
  • Players are required to report bugs or exploits to the staff immediately.
  • Abusing server errors for personal gain will result in severe penalties.
  • “If it feels like an exploit, it probably is.”

3. Bots, Automation & Third-Party Software

  • The use of bots, scripts, macros, packet editors, or automation tools is strictly forbidden.
  • Third-party software that alters gameplay or provides unfair advantages is not allowed.
  • Background automation, AFK farming, or unattended gameplay is prohibited.
  • All accounts involved in automation abuse may be permanently banned.

4. Multi-Account & Dualbox Policy

  • Multi-account abuse is not permitted.
  • Dualboxing rules are enforced based on server configuration and HWID/IP checks.
  • Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in PvP, PvE, events, or economy is forbidden.
  • Shared accounts are used at the player’s own risk and responsibility.

5. PvP, Olympiad & Event Integrity

  • Feeding, win trading, or intentional match manipulation is prohibited.
  • Collusion between players or clans to manipulate outcomes is forbidden.
  • Olympiad abuse, intentional losses, or fake participation will result in disqualification.
  • Event exploitation or AFK participation is not allowed.

6. Economy, RMT & Trading

  • Real Money Trading (RMT) is strictly forbidden.
  • Selling, buying, or exchanging in-game items, adena, or services for real money is prohibited.
  • Advertising RMT services inside or outside the game will result in permanent bans.
  • Account trading or selling is not supported and may result in loss of access.

7. Referrals & Welcome Systems

  • Self-referrals or multi-account referral abuse are strictly prohibited.
  • Shared IP/HWID abuse to generate referral rewards is forbidden.
  • Welcome codes may only be used by the original account holder.
  • Any attempt to manipulate onboarding systems will result in penalties.

8. Staff Authority & Decisions

The staff reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious behavior at any time.
  • Apply penalties based on logs, evidence, and system data.
  • Interpret rules in cases not explicitly covered.
  • Adjust rules to protect server integrity and longevity.

Staff decisions are made based on evidence and long-term server health, not personal disputes or pressure.


9. Penalty System

  • Warnings for minor violations.
  • Temporary suspensions for repeated or moderate offenses.
  • Permanent bans for severe violations or repeated abuse.
  • Confiscation of items, adena, or rewards obtained illegally.

10. Rule Updates

Rules may be updated as new systems are introduced or issues are discovered. Players are responsible for staying informed about current regulations.

Is there Pay-to-Win?

What happens after reaching endgame?
